- Milk - 1 qt

- Egg white - 12 pieces
- Citrus Zest Mix - 1 tablespoon

In a large saucepan, mix the lightly beaten yolks, 750 ml of milk, and sugar. Place over very low heat and, whisking, heat until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and slowly stir in the remaining milk and grated zest.

Cool, then freeze, stirring occasionally.
