- Butter - 8.8 oz
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar - 4.9 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 3.2 oz
- Vanilla extract - 1½ teaspoons
- Citrus Zest Mix - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 12.3 oz
- Baking Powder - ¼ teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Apricot Jam - 2 tablespoons
- Raspberry gin - 2 tablespoons
- Black Currant Jam - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Grease 3 baking sheets with butter.
Step 2
Using a mixer, beat the softened butter, powdered sugar, and egg yolk until creamy. Then add the mascarpone, vanilla, and zest. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and 0.25 teaspoons of salt. Gradually mix the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3
From the dough, form small balls, slightly flatten them, and place them on the baking sheet. Make small indentations in the center of each cookie and fill them with different jams.
Step 4
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for a while on the baking sheet and then transfer to a plate or containers.
