- Jam - 5.3 oz

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

In a bowl, combine the egg, sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt.

Mix well.
Step 4
Melt the butter.

Pour in the melted butter.

Mix again.

Add the flour and baking powder.

Knead the dough.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2–3 mm.

Cut into squares.

Place a small amount of jam in the center.

Roll up and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in an oven preheated to 356°F for 15 minutes.
