  • Jam - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Mix the butter with sugar.

Add the eggs and milk, and mix everything together.

Add the semolina, flour, and baking powder, and mix everything together.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Step 5

Place a tablespoon of batter into the muffin molds, followed by jam, and top with more batter.

Step 6

Bake for 25 minutes, until the muffins turn golden brown.
