Ingredients
- Jam - 12.3 oz
- Kefir - 8 fl oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add baking soda to the jam. I used blueberry jam. Mix well and let it sit for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Add kefir, eggs, sugar, and flour. Mix well. The dough will be not thick.
Step 3
Pour into a greased baking pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes in a preheated oven at 356°F.
