Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Dashi powder - ¾ cup
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Green Papaya - 1 head
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Green onion tops - 1 piece
- Bacon - 3 pieces
- Worcestershire Sauce - to taste
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the flour, broth (or water), egg, 2-3 cups of finely shredded cabbage, ½ cup of grated carrot, 1 cup of grated zucchini, and finely chopped green onion.
Step 2
In a wok or skillet, heat a small amount of vegetable oil.
Step 3
Pour the batter into the wok and top with pieces of bacon. Fry, turning, on both sides until cooked and golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
Step 4
Cut into segments and drizzle with Worcestershire sauce and mayonnaise. Sprinkle with green onion on top.
