Ingredients
- Fruit Jelly - 7.1 oz
- Dessert Yogurt - 17 fl oz
- Canned Peaches - 28.2 oz
- Gelatin - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the jelly according to the instructions on the package. It is recommended to use less water than indicated on the package for a firmer set and richer flavor. Pour into molds and place in the refrigerator until fully set.
Step 2
When the jelly is ready, open the can of peaches. Drain the juice into a bowl and add 20 grams of gelatin. Let it swell for about 40 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the jelly from the mold (to make it easier to remove, place the mold in hot water for a minute).
Step 4
Cut the jelly into random shapes. Similarly, cut the peaches and add them to the jelly. Also add the yogurt and the gelatin, dissolved in a water bath or microwave. Mix everything together.
Step 5
Pour into molds. Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Once everything is well set, carefully remove and invert onto a plate.
