Description

Jelly Cake 'Broken Glass'

Ingredients

  • Fruit Jelly - 1 cup
  • Fruit Jelly - 1 cup
  • Kiwi - 1 cup
  • Orange Candies - 1 cup
  • Gelatin - 2 pieces
  • Yogurt powder - 1 qt
  • Boiling water - 1 qt

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Dissolve each packet of jelly in 200 g of boiling water (assuming the jelly package states to dilute in 400 g of water). Leave the jelly in a cool place until fully set. You can put it in the refrigerator (once it cools down).

Step 2

Once the jelly is completely cooled, cut it into squares.

Step 3

Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water until fully dissolved (to avoid lumps).

Step 4

In a large bowl, mix the yogurt with the gelatin.

Step 5

Layer the jelly in a mold (you can use layers of different colors or the same color, as you prefer), then pour the yogurt with gelatin over it. There should be at least three layers, preferably five.

Step 6

Place in the refrigerator until fully set.

Step 7

Enjoy your meal!
