Ingredients
- Jelly Powder - 5 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- 10% cream - 1 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Baking Powder - 0 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs for about three minutes until frothy.
Step 2
Add the jelly and whisk again.
Step 3
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, grease with oil, and spread the batter.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 10–15 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the pie; if it comes out dry, the pie is ready. The key is not to overbake it.
Step 6
Remove the pie from the oven, wait for it to cool, and take it out of the baking sheet. Since there is little batter, the pie will not be tall. It is better to cut it into squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
