- Water - 16 fl oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz

In a saucepan, add sugar, pour in 480 ml of hot water, and add gelatin; stirring constantly, bring the syrup to a boil, then add the wine, a bit of vanilla, and to taste — diluted citric acid.
Step 2
Strain the hot syrup, let it cool slightly, and pour it into molds.
