Ingredients
- Paccheri Pasta - 8.8 oz
- Brown Sugar - 1 cup
- Vegetable Oil - ½ cup
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Paprika - 2 teaspoons
- Cinnamon - 2 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour water into a pot, bring to a boil, add salt, add a little vegetable oil, break the capellini in half and put to cook.
Step 2
When the capellini is cooked, drain the water and rinse.
Step 3
In a completely dry skillet, place half a cup of sugar and half a cup of oil. Stir. Leave until the sugar turns into burnt syrup.
Step 4
When the syrup is ready, add a quarter cup of water to the capellini.
Step 5
Pour in the syrup and mix.
Step 6
Add paprika, cinnamon, salt, pepper, half a cup of sugar, and 2 eggs.
Step 7
Mix everything and place in a baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven (180°C). It can also be baked in a multicooker on the 'Baking' mode for 40 minutes.
