- Nut Bread - 1 slice
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Pesto - 2 tablespoons
- Tomatoes - 0.3 pieces
- Arugula - 7 leaves
- Mild Chili Spice - 0.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 2.8 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2½ tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place a slice of bread on a baking sheet and spread it with mustard oil.
Step 2
Spread with pesto sauce.

Top with arugula and thin slices of tomato (about 6–8 mm).
