Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 12.3 oz
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Milk - 1 qt
- Chocolate eggs - 6 pieces
- Safflower Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place salt, granulated sugar, and sifted flour at the bottom of a pot. Mix with part of the warmed milk (800 ml).
Step 2
Separately beat the eggs and pour them into the previously prepared mixture. Mix well.
Step 3
Boil the remaining milk (200 ml) and pour it into the pot with the mixture in a thin stream. Add 1.5 tablespoons of sunflower oil and mix.
Step 4
Heat the frying pan well. Before frying each pancake, grease the heated pan with a piece of unsalted lard or half a raw potato, previously dipped in the remaining sunflower oil.
Step 5
Pour a small amount of batter onto the pan using a ladle. Fry the pancakes on both sides.
Step 6
Hot pancakes can be folded into triangles. Serve pancakes with sour cream, jam, or caviar. Enjoy your meal!
