  • Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour - 2 cups
  • Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Whip all the ingredients for the batter well (the batter should be like thick sour cream).

Step 2

Divide the batter into two equal parts.

Step 3

Bake 2 layers, cool them, and cut each into 2 parts with a knife.

Step 4

For the frosting, whip all the ingredients thoroughly (sour cream and sugar).

Step 5

Spread the frosting on the layers (optional: you can add nuts or candied fruits).

Step 6

Sprinkle cocoa on top (optional).

Step 7

Let it sit for 3 hours.
