Ingredients
- Kefir - 10 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 tablespoon
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil - 3 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add baking soda, salt, sugar, and 1 tablespoon of oil to the kefir. Mix well.
Step 2
Gradually add the flour, stirring with a spoon. When it becomes too difficult to mix with the spoon, knead the dough with your hands.
Step 3
All the flour should be incorporated (or a little more), resulting in a very soft dough. At the end, add the remaining butter in two parts, mixing well each time. This will make the dough elastic and prevent it from sticking to your hands.
Step 4
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for half an hour.
