Ingredients
- Honey - 3 tablespoons
- 1% Kefir - 2 cups
- Vanilla salt - 1.1 oz
- Gelatin - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in 2-3 tablespoons of water and let it swell.
Step 2
Then dissolve it over low heat, stirring continuously.
Step 3
Add honey and vanilla sugar to the kefir.
Step 4
Mix well until the sugar granules dissolve.
Step 5
Pour in the gelatin in a thin stream while stirring continuously.
Step 6
Stir until smooth, pour into molds, and place in the refrigerator.
Step 7
If made in the evening, it will be ready by morning.
Step 8
Serve with a puree of tart fruits.
