- Beans - 1 piece
- Strawberry - 4 pieces
- Prunes - 4 pieces
- 1% Kefir - 20 fl oz
- Cherry - 8 pieces
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Gelatin - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut all the fruits and arrange them in dessert cups.
Step 2
Dissolve the honey in the kefir. Soak the gelatin, then heat it and add it to the kefir. Pour the kefir-gelatin mixture over the fruits.
Step 3
Place in the refrigerator — it set for me in just one hour.
