Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 5 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Kefir - 15 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 10 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ spoons
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Butter - 0 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with 100 g of sugar until the mixture becomes pale. Add the kefir and salt, and continue to stir. Gradually add the flour and baking soda, and knead until you have a smooth dough.
Step 2
Pour some of the batter into a skillet and fry the pancake, first on one side, then when bubbles form on the surface and the batter firms up, flip it over and fry on the other side.
Step 3
In a preheated skillet, melt the butter with the remaining sugar. Lightly fry the bananas, cut into thick slices, in the resulting caramel sauce.
Step 4
The dish pairs perfectly with coffee.
