Kefir pancakes with banana, Nutella®, and pistachios
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 5 oz
- Kefir - 10 fl oz
- Boiling water - 10 fl oz
- Salt - ½ spoons
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ spoons
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil - 2 spoons
- Bananas - 20 oz
- Nutella® - 5 oz
- Unsalted peanuts, shelled - 0 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with salt using a mixer until light and frothy. While continuing to beat, gradually add the boiling water and kefir.
Step 2
Sift the flour with the baking soda and gradually add it to the mixing bowl while beating on low speed. Add the sugar and vegetable oil.
Step 3
Grease a preheated skillet with a small amount of oil and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Brush the finished pancakes with melted butter to keep them soft and pliable.
Step 4
Place a pancake on a plate, spread Nutella® on top, add a few banana slices, and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
Step 5
Fold the edges of the crepe from all four sides, leaving the filling visible in the center.
