- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - to taste
- Salt - ½ spoons
- Kefir - 1 glass
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ spoons
- Wheat Flour - 1½ glasses
- Vanilla salt - to taste
- Grapefruits - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk the egg with a whisk. Then add sugar (if you prefer it sweeter, you can add more), vanilla sugar (0.5 to 1 packet), and a pinch of salt to taste.
Step 2
Next, we need to add kefir and baking soda to our mixture. There's no need to neutralize the baking soda with vinegar, as the kefir already contains acidity.
Step 3
After that, add the flour and stir until smooth. The mixture should have the consistency of thick sour cream.
Step 4
If you want to make pancakes with fruits, you can add your favorite fruits to the mixture (such as cherries, bananas, or apples).
Step 5
Heat the skillet and drop about half a tablespoon of batter for each one. Flip them as soon as the sides are golden.
Step 6
