Ingredients
- Potato - 2 lbs
- Champignons - 14.1 oz
- Ghee - 1.8 oz
- Herbes de Provence - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Kefir - 10 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.8 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Sour Cream - 2.5 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Hard Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Dice the onion and sauté it in clarified butter until golden brown.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms, chopped into small pieces, and sauté them with the onions until they release their moisture.
Step 4
Peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes, and sauté separately in vegetable oil until soft, about 10 minutes.
Step 5
Stir together the potatoes, onions, and mushrooms. Add herbes de Provence, pepper, and salt.
Step 6
Prepare the dough. Melt the butter, let it cool, and mix it with the kefir and sour cream.
Step 7
Add a pinch of salt, an egg, and mix well.
Step 8
Combine the flour with the baking powder, sift it into the mixture of butter and eggs, and knead the dough. It should be thin enough to pour out of the mold. Therefore, it's better to add the flour gradually rather than all at once, until you achieve the desired consistency.
Step 9
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour half of the batter into it.
Step 10
Spread the filling on top and smooth it out. Pour the remaining dough over the filling.
Step 11
Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 356°F for 35–40 minutes.
Step 12
Check the readiness with a skewer — it should come out clean from the center of the pie, without any dough sticking to it.
