- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Vanillin - ½ teaspoon
- Kumquat - 7.1 oz
- Oat flakes - 5 tablespoons
- Lemon - to taste
- Chicory - 1 teaspoon

Preheat the oven to 392°F.

Beat the egg with sugar, salt, and softened margarine.

Add kefir.

Sift the flour, add vanillin and baking powder. Mix with the egg mixture.
