- Kefir - 1 glass
- Salt - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil - ½ glasses
- Fine white sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Baking Powder - ½ spoons
- Wheat Flour - 3 glasses
- Dry yeast - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix kefir, oil, salt, and sugar in a pot, warm it slightly but do not heat it until hot!
Step 2
Dissolve the yeast and gradually add the flour. The dough will be soft and tender, and no additional flour is needed. Let it rest for 30 minutes (cover the bowl with a clean towel). This dough can be used for pastries and sweet rolls. Bake for 30 minutes at 356°F.
