- Quail Egg - 11 pieces
- Almond - 1.1 oz
- Psyllium - 0.4 oz
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch

Combine cottage cheese and eggs in a deep bowl.

Add almond flour.
Step 3
Add psyllium husk.
Step 4
Then add baking powder.
Step 5
Add salt.

Add nutmeg.

Thoroughly mix the dough.

Shape the bread and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Send it to a preheated oven at 356°F.

After 40 minutes, remove the bread from the oven.
