Keto Bread Made from Egg Whites
Ingredients
- Large eggs - 7 pieces
- Albumin - 1.9 oz
- Erythritol - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Ground Nutmeg - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and place them in a deep bowl. Add salt.
Step 2
Add erythritol.
Step 3
Then add nutmeg.
Step 4
Whip vigorously with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
Step 5
Add albumin.
Step 6
Whip the mixture again.
Step 7
Shape the bread on parchment paper. Place in a preheated oven at 320°F.
Step 8
After 40 minutes, remove the finished bread.
Step 9
Let it cool for 5 minutes. Then place it in a plastic bag for 5 minutes to slightly soften the crust (optional).
Step 10
The airy keto bread is ready!
