Ingredients

  • Large eggs - 7 pieces
  • Albumin - 1.9 oz
  • Erythritol - ½ teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Ground Nutmeg - a pinch

Separate the egg whites from the yolks and place them in a deep bowl. Add salt.
