- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Flaxseeds - 2.5 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
- Dried Rosemary - 1 teaspoon
- Pumpkin seed oil - 2 tablespoons
- Flaxseeds - 1 teaspoon
- Toasted Sesame - 1 teaspoon

Crack the eggs into a deep bowl.

Add the flaxseed meal.

Add the melted butter.

Add the baking powder and salt.

Season with nutmeg.

Add the oregano.
