Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Coconut flakes - 2 tablespoons
- Psyllium - 2 teaspoons
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Erythritol - 1 teaspoon
- 10% cream - 0 fl oz
- Butter - 1 piece
- Sour Cream - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add eggs, erythritol, and salt to a blender bowl.
Step 2
Then add the cottage cheese.
Step 3
Add the psyllium.
Step 4
Add the coconut flour and baking powder.
Step 5
Add the cream and sour cream.
Step 6
Blend vigorously until smooth.
Step 7
Grease the skillet with butter.
Step 8
Spoon the mixture into the heated oil.
Step 9
Once the bottom is browned, flip and reduce the heat.
Step 10
Cover with a lid and cook for another 3–4 minutes.
Step 11
Transfer to a plate and serve.
