Ingredients
- Adyghe cheese - 3.5 oz
- Potato - ½ piece
- Dijon Mustard - 3 teaspoons
- Quail Egg - 3 pieces
- Parsley - to taste
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Toasted Sesame - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the cheese into pieces about 1 cm thick.

Season with chili pepper.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and add parsley leaves. Done!
