  • Adyghe cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Potato - ½ piece
  • Dijon Mustard - 3 teaspoons
  • Quail Egg - 3 pieces
  • Parsley - to taste
  • Mild Chili Spice - to taste
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Toasted Sesame - to taste

Slice the cheese into pieces about 1 cm thick.

Cut the tomato into slices about 3–4 mm thick. Add salt.
