Description

- Semi-soft cream cheese - 3 tablespoons
- Erythritol - 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt - ½ teaspoon
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil - to taste

Add erythritol.

Whisk vigorously with a mixer.

Once the bottom side is browned, reduce the heat and flip. Cook for another couple of minutes.

Repeat the process with each pancake, adjusting the temperature and occasionally adding a little oil to the pan.

Use all the mixture, stacking the pancakes on a plate. Serve immediately!
