- Kefir - 17 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 5 pieces
- Corn Starch - 3.9 oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Erythritol - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 2 pieces

Prepare the ingredients.

Crack the eggs into a deep bowl, add salt.

Whisk until smooth.

Pour in the kefir and whisk again.

Add the baking soda and mix again.
