Ingredients
- Almond - 4.2 oz
- Xanthan - 0.9 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ocean salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Boiling water - 5 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Coconut flakes - 1.1 oz
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Rhubarb - 4.2 oz
- Apple - 5.6 oz
- Erythritol - 2 tablespoons
- Corn Starch - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 1 fl oz
- Cinnamon - 2 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the rhubarb stalks.
Step 2
Finely chop the rhubarb and apples.
Step 3
Transfer the filling to a saucepan and add erythritol. Set over low heat.
Step 4
Dissolve the cornstarch in room temperature water.
Step 5
Add the resulting mixture to the filling. Add cinnamon. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
Mix the almond flour and xanthan gum.
Step 7
Add salt and baking powder.
Step 8
Add boiling water and mix thoroughly.
Step 9
Add the eggs.
Step 10
Add coconut flour and knead the dough well.
Step 11
Shape the dough into balls.
Step 12
Roll out the balls and fill them with the filling.

Seal the pies by pinching the edges.
Step 14
In heated oil in a skillet, place the pies. Fry for about 5 minutes over medium heat.

Flip and fry for another 5 minutes.

Transfer to a plate and serve.
