- Semi-soft cream cheese - 3 tablespoons
- Erythritol - 1½ tablespoons
- Spinach - 0.5 oz
- Nutmeg - a pinch
- Salt - a pinch
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Butter - to taste

In a deep bowl, combine the eggs and cream cheese.

Add salt.

Add nutmeg.

Then add erythritol.
