Ingredients
- Canned Peaches - 10 pieces
- Semolina - 8 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 8 fl oz
- Coconut flakes - 8 fl oz
- Water - 8 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Granulated sugar - 8 fl oz
- Kiwi - 5 pieces
- Bananas - 5 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Drain the canned peaches in a colander and let them drain.
Step 2
Mix the semolina with the sour cream and let it sit.
Step 3
Pour water over the coconut flour.
Step 4
Mix the sugar and eggs thoroughly.
Step 5
Add the semolina and sour cream mixture to the eggs and mix well.
Step 6
Add the coconut flour to the batter and mix thoroughly.
Step 7
Slice the peaches and let them drain.
Step 8
Peel the kiwi and slice it into rounds.
Step 9
Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds.
Step 10
Pour half of the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place the bananas on top.
Step 11
Layer the kiwi and peaches on top of the bananas.
Step 12
Pour the remaining batter over the fruits and place it in a preheated oven at 356°F for 1 hour.
Step 13
Remove from the oven and let cool. Garnish with kiwi before serving.
