Ingredients
- Water - 5 fl oz
- Sugar - 2.6 oz
- Kiwi - 8 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Mint - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour sugar into boiling water and cook for 5 minutes until the syrup thickens. Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 2
Peel the kiwi and strain it through a sieve. Mix the prepared puree with the sugar syrup and lemon juice. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
Step 3
Then whip the sorbet with a whisk or in a blender. Return the sorbet to the freezer for 2 hours. During this time, stir or whip it twice.
