Kuch with Berry and Fruit Filling
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 4 cups
- Sugar - 4 cups
- Butter - 6.3 oz
- Strawberry - 14.1 oz
- Fresh Berries - 28.2 oz
- Bananas - 4 pieces
- Plums - 14.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Cottage cheese - 2 lbs
- Mint - 1 sprig
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour with 3 cups of sugar and softened butter. Thoroughly knead everything by hand.
Step 2
Wash and dry the strawberries. Remove the stems. Slice into rounds.
Step 3
Wash and dry the blueberries.
Step 4
Wash, dry, and peel the bananas. Slice into rounds.
Step 5
Wash and dry the plums. Remove the pits. Slice into wedges.
Step 6
Mix the eggs with 1 cup of sugar and cottage cheese. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread the majority of the kuch (flour mixed with sugar and butter) and top with the cottage cheese.
Step 7
Layer the banana slices on top of the cottage cheese.
Step 8
Add the plum wedges, strawberry rounds, and blueberries on top of the bananas.
Step 9
Sprinkle the remaining kuch on top and place in a preheated oven at 392°F for 1 hour.
Step 10
Remove from the oven and let cool. Garnish with berries and mint when serving.
