Kutuzovsky Cake
Ingredients
- Condensed Milk - 1 can
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Clarified Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Sour Cream - 14.1 oz
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the condensed milk, eggs, honey, flour, and baking soda.
Step 2
Divide the mixture into 3 layers.
Step 3
Line a baking pan with parchment paper, grease it with vegetable or sunflower oil, and pour in the batter for the first layer.
Step 4
Bake for 10–15 minutes (keep an eye on the batter as it bakes very quickly).
Step 5
Bake all three layers this way. Let them cool.
Step 6
Prepare the cream: mix the sour cream with sugar.
Step 7
Spread the cream generously on all the layers.
Step 8
Optionally, sprinkle cocoa powder on top for decoration.
Step 9
Let the cake soak (it can also be eaten right away).
