Kyiv cream: Whip the cream with sugar until patterns form.

Chocolate cream: Mix the Kyiv cream with cocoa.

Layers: First, chop the nuts. Whip the egg whites, gradually adding sugar, and whip until stiff peaks form, then add the hazelnuts. Bake at 266°F for 40 minutes.
Step 4
Chocolate cream: Take the base Kyiv cream and add cocoa powder to it. First, layer the meringue in a glass, then the cream, repeating this 5 times, with the final layer being chocolate cream and caramelized hazelnuts.
