- Dough for dumplings - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 4.2 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, boil them, mash into a puree, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Divide the dough into pieces and roll them into thin round flatbreads, baking them on a dry hot skillet until golden brown. Bake for literally 1-2 minutes on each side to avoid drying them out.
Step 3
Place potato puree on one half of the hot flatbread, and fold the flatbread in half to cover the filling with the other half.
Step 4
Brush the flatbreads with butter on top and serve.
