- Armenian Lavash - 1 piece
- Kefir - 17 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 5 pieces
- Cottage cheese - 10.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Butter - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare a small baking dish. Layer the lavash in an accordion style.
Step 2
Place the cottage cheese in a deep bowl.
Step 3
Pour in the kefir.
Step 4
Crack 5 eggs.
Step 5
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Use a mixer to beat all the ingredients until smooth.
Step 7
Pour the mixture into the lavash.
Step 8
Press down around the edges with a spatula to evenly distribute the mixture in all folds.
Step 9
Cut the butter into cubes and place them on the surface.
Step 10
Bake for 35–40 minutes in a preheated oven at 356°F.
Step 11
Cover the finished pie with a towel and let it rest for 20–25 minutes.
