- Milk - 17 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 lbs
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Butter - 0.9 oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Dry yeast - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda - ¼ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In warm milk, add sugar, salt, butter, and egg, then stir.
Step 2
Add yeast and baking soda to the flour and mix. Now knead the dough. It should become elastic. Let it rise (until doubled in size).
Step 3
After rising, roll out to a thickness of 1.5 cm and cut into rectangles or circles.
Step 4
Fry in a large amount of hot oil. Place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
