Description
If necessary, you can add one more egg. Thanks to the boiling water, the pancakes turn out thin, lacy, and crispy.
Ingredients
- Milk - 25 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Safflower Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Boiling water - ½ cup
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the milk, salt, sugar, baking soda, and sunflower oil. Beat the mixture with a mixer or blender until smooth. The batter should be quite thick, like for pancakes.
Step 2
Boil the water. Pour about one cup into the batter and mix well. The batter should become liquid; if necessary, add a little more boiling water or flour.
Step 3
When the mixture is homogeneous, crack in the egg and beat everything together again with a mixer or blender.
Step 4
Cook the pancakes preferably in a skillet with a thick bottom. If necessary, grease the skillet with sunflower oil.
