Lavash chips with paprika and Herbes de Provence

Ingredients

  • Armenian Lavash - 1 piece
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Herbes de Provence - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste

Prepare the ingredients.

Place a suitable-sized sheet of lavash on a baking tray.

Pour half of the olive oil or other vegetable oil into a container.

Add the ground paprika. Salt can be added to taste or omitted.

Mix well.

Brush the lavash with a thin layer of the oil and spice mixture. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180–392°F until golden and crispy.

Remove the crispy lavash from the oven and let it cool.

Mix the remaining vegetable oil with the dry Herbes de Provence.
