- Arugula - 0.5 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 302°F. Unroll the lavash, spread the cottage cheese on it, and top with sour cream.
Step 2
Chop the arugula finely and sprinkle it on the lavash. Add salt.
Step 3
Grate the Parmesan cheese and add it on top. Roll up the lavash.
Step 4
Place in the oven for 5 minutes.
