Description
Turmeric has pronounced antibiotic properties, but unlike pharmaceutical antibiotics, it improves digestion and helps restore normal intestinal microflora, making it a good remedy for weakened and chronic patients.
Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash - 3 pieces
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Feta cheese - 17.6 oz
- Ground Cumin - ½ teaspoon
- Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and mash it with a fork. Add ground cumin, turmeric, and finely chopped dill, mix, and blend the entire mixture in a blender. If necessary, you can add a little water, but be careful not to make the mixture too liquid.
Step 2
Cut the lavash sheets into 3-4 pieces along the short side, then cut each piece in half again. This way, you should have strips about 10 cm wide.
Step 3
Spread one to two tablespoons of the cheese mixture over a strip of lavash and roll it up along the long side in 3 turns. The filling layer should not be too thick. Repeat the same with the remaining sheets.
Step 4
Let the pancakes rest in the refrigerator for a while, then fry them in unrefined sunflower oil for a couple of minutes on each side.
