Description
You can use any cheese for this pie; depending on its saltiness, you should adjust the amount of salt for the filling. The cottage cheese can also be of any fat content. Dill or other herbs can be used or omitted (depending on preferences), as well as the seed mixture, which can be replaced with just sesame seeds or other seeds. To ensure the pie comes out of the mold easily, it should be slightly cooled. You can also use a baking mat placed in the mold. To remove it, turn the mold upside down onto a board, then flip it back onto a serving plate. If a mat was used, carefully pull it out by the ends and transfer the pie to the plate.
Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash - 6 pieces
- Homemade Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Adyghe cheese - 7.1 oz
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Milk - 27 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 6 pieces
- Salt - 0.4 oz
- Ground Dried Garlic - 1 teaspoon
- Dill - 5 sprigs
- Seed Mix - 2 tablespoons

Prepare all necessary ingredients.

Place 1 sheet of lavash at the bottom of the baking dish.

Fold the remaining sheets like an accordion and place them on top.

Fill the entire mold this way.

Next, measure the required amount of cottage cheese and transfer it to a bowl.

Add 4 eggs to the cottage cheese.

Add salt.

Also add a teaspoon of ground dried garlic.

Add randomly chopped dill.

Now mix everything thoroughly.

Add 500 ml of milk.

In a bowl, combine 2 eggs, 300 ml of milk, and salt to taste.

Place the resulting pie in the oven for 45 minutes at 356°F.
