Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash - 1 piece
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Dried Garlic - to taste
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz

Prepare the ingredients.

Mash the cottage cheese (you can use medium-fat packaged cheese) with a fork.

Chop the herbs.

Add dried garlic to the cottage cheese to taste.

Add the chopped herbs, salt, and mix the filling.

Cut the lavash into rectangles with scissors, as shown in the photo.

Place the filling and fold the corner of the lavash.
