Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Cottage cheese - 3.5 oz
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Apple - 2 pieces
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rub the flour with sugar (half a cup), butter, vanillin, cinnamon, and baking powder into crumbs.
Step 2
Peel one and a half apples from the skin and seeds, and grate them on a coarse grater (you can add cinnamon).
Step 3
Blend half an apple, cottage cheese, and egg yolks until smooth. Whip the egg whites with sugar (half a cup). Gently fold the egg whites into the mixture and stir.
Step 4
Grease the baking dish with butter. 1st layer — place a third of the crumbs on the bottom. 2nd layer — place half of the grated apples on top. 3rd layer — a third of the crumbs. 4th layer — the blended mixture. If there are any crumbs left, you can sprinkle them on top.
Step 5
Bake at 170–356°F for about 40–45 minutes.
