Layered Fruit Tartlets
Ingredients
- Puff Pastry - 28.2 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 7.1 oz
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz
- Water - 7 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Fruit Jelly - 3 tablespoons
- Nectarine - 1 piece
- Fresh Berries - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crack the egg into a bowl. Whisk it slightly with a whisk.
Step 2
Cut squares from 8 sheets of ready-made non-yeast puff pastry. You will have 16 squares.
Step 3
In 8 squares, make holes in each layer of pastry using a glass.
Step 4
Set the remaining circles aside.
Step 5
Brush the squares with egg.
Step 6
Place the squares with holes on top. Brush with egg again.
Step 7
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Grease with vegetable oil.
Step 8
Arrange the future tartlets and the remaining circles of pastry on the baking sheet.

Brush the circles with egg. Bake in the oven at 338°F for 10 minutes.

Beat the mascarpone cheese with a mixer.

In a separate bowl, whip the cream together with the powdered sugar.

Transfer to the bowl with the cheese. Continue whipping.

Remove the baking sheet with the tartlets from the oven. Press down the center of the tartlets.

Transfer to a plate and let them cool.

Place a saucepan on the heat. Add sugar and a packet of prepared jelly.

Pour in the water. Stir.

When the jelly becomes transparent, remove from heat. Let it cool.

Remove the pit from the nectarine. Slice it into wedges.

Fill the tartlets with cream, then add nectarine, raspberries, and blueberries.

Drizzle with jelly on top.
