Layered Honey Cake with Raspberries
Ingredients
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 2 cups
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Milk - 3 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Sour Cream - 17.6 oz
- Raspberry leaves - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
In a water bath, cream the softened butter with 1 cup of sugar. Add the egg, milk, and honey, and mix thoroughly without removing from the water bath. Slightly cool the mixture and gradually add the flour with baking soda while stirring constantly. Knead the dough and place it in a cool place until completely cooled.
Step 3
Roll out 6 layers from the dough. Bake until golden brown in a greased pan.
Step 4
Combine five layers, layering with cream. To prepare the cream, whip the sour cream with sugar and add mashed raspberries.
Step 5
Spread cream on top of the cake and sprinkle with crushed layer.
Step 6
Refrigerate the finished cake for a few hours.
