Ingredients
- Sour Cream - 21.2 oz
- Gelatin - 0.9 oz
- Whole egg - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 10.6 oz
- Caramel Syrup - 3 fl oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Cocoa Powder - 4 tablespoons
- Vanillin - to taste
- Water - 10 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare a three-layer jelly. Soak the gelatin in 300 milliliters of cold water for 1 hour.
Step 2
After that, bring the gelatin mixture to a boil and let it cool slightly.
Step 3
Layer 1 - take 100 grams of gelatin solution + 200 grams of sour cream + 100 grams of jam syrup. Mix everything and pour the first layer into glasses.
Step 4
Layer 2 - after the first layer sets, take 100 grams of gelatin solution + 200 grams of sour cream + 100 grams of sugar whipped into a foam with three yolks, add a little vanillin. Mix everything and pour the second layer into glasses.
Step 5
Layer 3 - after the second layer sets, take 100 grams of gelatin solution + 200 grams of sour cream and add this mixture to the chocolate syrup prepared as follows: mix 100 grams of butter with 200 grams of sugar and 4 tablespoons of cocoa, add milk, whip everything and bring to a boil. Mix everything and pour the third layer into glasses.
